MR. OLUSEGUN OYEBOLA B.Sc., FCA, ACTI
Mr. Oyebola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He graduated from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye in 1989. He later worked as an Accountant with Longman Nigeria Plc, Ikeja, Lagos. He has trained extensively in auditing of various types of Companies, setting up of Accounting and Internal Control Systems, Tax Advisory Services, Management/Business Advisory Services. He was at Coopers & Lybrand, an International Firm of Chartered Accountants and also worked in indigenous firm; Wale Odunlami & Co. He has also worked as Manager (Audit) in National Electric Power Authority (now PHCN). He is a Director of Ultimate Crystal Limited and currently the Managing Partner of the firm. Mr. Oyebola is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938.



ALHAJI KEHINDE KASSIM B.Sc., MBA, FCA, ACTI
He is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Accounting and Masters of Business Administration both from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He had his early professional training with Kunle Ladejobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before joining Trans International Bank Plc as a Budget Officer. His love for the Accountancy pitched him with Olusola Adekanola & Co. (Chartered Accountants) three years later as a Principal Consultant. He is currently a partner in the firm.



MR. MUSIBAU KOLA OYEKUNLE MBA, FCA, ACTI, ACMA, ACIS
He graduated from Yaba College of Technology in 1982 and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Ogun State University. A Management Accountant and Chartered Secretary and he is nicknamed as a man of many professions. He has worked in various Private Companies as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller. He is vast in accounting profession that both private & public organizations seek for his Professional Services. He is also a consultant to Ogun State University Consult. He is a Consultant of the firm.

MR. SUNDAY OGUNMUYIWA MBA, ACA, ACTI

Mr. Sunday Adeniyi Ogunmuyiwa, is graduate of Accountancy, Upper Credit Division, from Yaba College of Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration from Imo State University, Owerri. He is an Associate Member of both Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN)and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He had his Accounting training with Adeshina Adebobajo & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Ogunmuyiwa, had varied experience in trading and consulting spanning over a period of twenty years. In addition, he has had the priviledge of extensive on the job training both locally and overseas. He has held various career and management positions in many organizations including Tools and Allied Products Limited and Sky Associates Limited. He is a Consultaant of the firm.

MR. ADEDOYIN ADEYEMI FCA, FCTI
Mr. Adedoyin Adeyemi is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He graduated from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State.

He has had extensive training in Accountancy profession both locally and internationally amongst which are: KPMG, Olusola Adekanola & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He is currently a partner of the firm.
