The firm has a unique Management Structure that combines
international experience with local awareness and commitment.
While the firm has a policy of building up its indigenous
expertise, it also has collaborating structures with
leading professional firms for back stopping support
roles.

All the above listed Consultants are full time executive
members of management committee of the firm, each one
fully responsible for each of the Operational Units
of the firm. Apart from the above consultants, we have
about 10 non-executive Associates who are intellectuals
and top-level professionals and experienced Consultants
who provide continuous professional support.
RESOURCE PERSONNEL
The combination of Olusegun Oyebola and Company,
Chartered Accountants and Brisk Consulting
has well over 15 highly qualified and experienced professional
staff in all their areas of professional practices.
Our Consultants include Specialists in Management, Administration,
Personnel, Production Planning and Control, Inventory
Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting,
Economics, Information Technology et cetera. As regards
Auditing Engagements, all our Audit Partners are seasoned
Chartered Accountants well trained in leading firms
of Chartered Accountants in the World like Coopers and
Lybrand, KPMG, Akintola Williams, Olusola Adekanola
and Co. All our partners possess the required license
to practice and audit all kinds of Private and Public
Companies; Government/Non Governmental Organizations
in the World.
Our consultants hold recognized professional qualifications
and degree from reputable Universities and in addition
to at least 10 to 15 years of post-qualifying hands
on experience in their respective areas of specialization.
Our firms place great emphasis on continuing professional
education for all resource personnel. Our Partners and
Consultants update and improve their knowledge through
selected training Courses, Seminars and Workshops to
keep abreast of developments in the evolution of modern
management theories and practices. Our Consultants are
still very actively involved in development programes
and projects, and in various aspects of education and
consultancy.
MANAGEMENT
REPORT
An important aspect of our client service objective
is the provision of meaningful, effective and timely
management report to our clients. This report will set
out matters and areas considered important and which
we feel should be brought to the attention of the management
in respect of which we consider improvement desirable
in the conduct of the Company’s affairs.
These matters together with our recommendations would
ordinarily be discussed with the appropriate level of
client personnel and ensure that our recommendations
achieve the desired objectives.
